A Internal Trainer Team Is to Be Built to Develop a Learning Organization
Hanas Power Generation Group Internal Training Programme was launched officially. The programme was initiated by the management and organized by the HR department. Hanas Power Generation Group makes full use of the internal resources to aim at learning organization by this means. The internal training takes place every week, with diverse subjects varying from power generation technics to humanities and social science, which will satisfy the different needs of the staff.
The first internal training session began on Novemeber 24th, featuring the topic of Language Learning. The first trainer shared with us the language learning method and discussed on the relationship of language, culture and other symbol system. The enthusiasm of learning languages was inspired fromthe participants.
Internal trainer was chosen from the staff with rich experience in different area, capable of excellent expression and class control. The training plan should be executed with modernized concept and methodology, based on the company need. The internal training programme exploits the intelligence resource to make knowledge to be shared and everybody devoted to learning, which helps to make solid foundation for company’s human resource strategy.
From now on, the company will cultivate internal training team and internal trainers will play a crucial role in the HR training system. The staff potential can be inspired and their abilities can be enhanced. The staff competency will hopefully be promoted by this means.
