New Staff Training Launches New Journey

Onborad orientation organized by Hanas Power Generation Group Human Resources Department took place on January 22nd. General manager and all the department leaders participated in it. The orientation was hosted by HR manager Yang Na.

At the meeting, general manager Liang Wei greeted the newly onboard staff. She introduced the company organization chart and Hanas Group’s business constitution, enterprise commitment and development vision. She also presented the company’s culture of intiative, openess, preciseness and comprehension in aspects of values, enterprise system, enterprise spirit, teamwork consciousness, etc.

All the department leaders introduced to the new staff on the department function and extended warm welcome to them. Human resources department manager Yang Na made some suggestion on how to be adapted to the new environment, career planning and self promotion. She wished all the new staff to forge their own core competitiveness.

New staff thanked the leader’s orientation and welcome, with compliment of the neat environment, advanced equipment, complete management system and harmonious colleague relationship. They exressed their perception of the cozy and enthusiastic atmosphere of the plant. They said they would be devoted to Hanas Power Generation Group’s development.

Then the new staff orientation serial session would be on the go, including Safety Training, Staff Manual Introduction, Staff Dressing and Behavior Code, Practice off Duty and Practice on Duty, which will lay a sturdy foundation for all the staff to be oriented.
