NING XIA HANAS POWER GENERATION GROUP PLANT WORK REPORT MEETING

First aspect is personnel organization. The Power Generation Group need to classify and clear up personnel organization. Further clarify the job description and responsibility, complete the management mechanism, establish modern electric power enterprise concept, let employees to achieve the success with core goal, work hard, live happily. At the same time, we should focus on cultivating technicians with strong abilities of professional and technical skills and of cooperation and integrate ability. Relying on the advanced management concept, we will build a high-quality team that dares to try, to innovate, to make change and to break through.
Seconday, safe operation. Safe operation is a continuous tense not a perfect tense. Safety is the priority and a prohibitive red line, and we should be highly vigilant in our mind and should not take any chances of slack. In 2018, we will unswervingly standardize the safe operation and carry out it throughout the management and work. We will set up a safe fund to establish a reward and punishment mechanism so that every employee is actively involved in safety management.
Last, cost operation, the plant is required to be unified in quality, efficiency, and energy conservation as the aim of operation. All stuff need to keep forces and cooperation to achieve the maximum benefit.
