Performing a New Movement of Science and Management –“Training for Upgrading Management Skills” of Ningxia East Thermal Power Plant
In order to give full play to the role of managers in continuous with past and future, comprehensively improving management skills and building a scientific management system. From February 14th to 15th , 2019, Ningxia East Thermal Power Co., Ltd. organized the Training of Upgrading Management Skills. The middle and senior managers, and section heads of the company participated in the training.
Mrs. Liang Wei, General Manager, made a mobilization speech before the training: 2019 is the promoting year for the construction of management system. It is hoped that through this training, every manager can have a unified understanding, use scientific management methods, carry out management diagnosis, find management problems, constantly improve management systems and processes, speed up the construction of a scientific management system, and build a high professional quality, strong adaptability, multi-skilled and multi-functional team of managerial personnel.
Professor Liu Chengxi, a well-known practical management training expert from Guanghua Education in Hangzhou, introduced rich cases and gave us vivid and brilliant explanations around such classical topics as manager orientation and responsibility, manager role recognition, target management and control, empowerment incentive and cultivation, team cooperation and communication, problem analysis and decision-making.
