In order to further enhance the comprehensive of professional knowledge and operational skills, Ningxia East Thermal Power Co., Ltd. carried out the contest of “post training, skill competition” in 2019, and fully created a good atmosphere of learning, respecting knowledge and strengthening enterprises talents.
On the afternoon of July 18th , the Operations Department took the lead in opening the competition. Taking handling typical electrical work order and P&ID drawing as the test items, the proficiency of operators in operating procedures and system drawings. In the next two weeks, there will be competition of electrical, mechanical, I&C and safety profession contest.
This series of competition activities not only provide a contest platform for participants to show themselves, improve their skills and improve their quality, but also form a new lead of learning, training by competition, and learning for application, so as to promote team growth and truly improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
