Safety Management Was Enhanced by Means of Result Driven Strategy
On January 15th, 2018, the first safety meeting of the year was held. General manager Ms. Laing Wei and the department heads attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Jiang Xin’an, the HSE manager.
The safety work report by HSE was reviewed and safety management strategy and 3 level safety production management chart was approved on the meeting.
Ms. Liang thought high of the safety performance in 2017. Though she indicated the shortfall of the safety work. She requested the implementation of the Hanas Group safety policy, and realized the extreme importance of the safety production.
She proposed 6 aspects regarding safety work in 2018:
- Stress the recognition of the importance of safety production. The managers of all level should have a clear picture of the status quo and enhance the safety management and skills at all time.
- Strictly implement safety production responsibility system. Improve the top to bottom responsibility system and make the safety work realized on a daily basis.
- Ensure the personal safety on site. Improve the safety evaluation system and work ticket system implementation.
- Keep polishing the safety management. Ensure the implementation of the regulation system, reinforce the fundamental capability and promote the emergency disposal ability.
- Carry out safety specialized administration. Put the risk on site to zero and guarantee the smooth and safe operation of the units during the Chinese New Year.
- Draft a series of precaution measures to ensure safety. Bear NO TOLERANCE attitude to rule violation and safeguard the safety bottom line.
The general manager signed with all the department heads the Safety Production Responsibility Protocol to ensure the daily safety and a better safety performance in 2018.
