In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit during the Spring Festival, on January 13th, the East and West thermal power carried out special festival safety inspection to prepare for Spring Festival, and prevent risks and eliminate hidden dangers.
Four inspection teams respectively carried out detailed and comprehensive inspection on the GT&ST house, HRSG, network control building, heating station, chemical building.
No walking, no blind area, no dead corner
Through on-site inquiry, inspection, key area investigation, the safety situation of production had been defined, and practically walk through the plant, no blind area had been left.
Strengthen safety production measures by you and me
At the special inspection discussion meeting, general manager Liang Wei stressed that: we should make practical rectification measures based on the inspection results, mobilize and deploy the responsible persons at all levels, and pay close attention to closed-loop management. At the same time, we should carefully summarize and analyze the experience and shortcomings, and to reflect other hidden risks, so as to ensure the work of safety is done in a detailed and practical way.
As of January 20, 95.5% of findings in the East and West thermal power has been closed, the left findings had been incorporated into the yearly maintenance plan to be rectified.
