Accurate calibration, the “eye” of equipment!

Thermal instruments, as a guarantee for the safe operation of production and equipment, are like a pair of eyes, monitoring and paying attention to the production site in real time.

According to the national verification regulations, all instruments on the production site must be calibrated regularly. Whether the thermal instruments are put into operation safely, maintain the system, check and verify is the guarantee to ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment. Through the instrument display of gas turbine, steam turbine and other equipment parameters, the operating personnel can master the current production status and carry out reasonable operation.

After continuous careful preparation and application processing, the eastern thermoelectric pressure standard laboratory was officially approved by Ningxia measurement and testing institute and Yinchuan administrative examination and approval Bureau in November 2019. Since then, we have achieved the goal of independent verification, fast, efficient and environmental protection.

The instrument control team of the eastern thermal power maintenance department, while doing a good job in the daily maintenance of the unit, gave full play to the subjective initiative and professional expertise, completed the calibration of pressure gauges, pressure transmitters and pressure switches of various process systems, and achieved the “eye” of cleaning equipment regularly to keep it “bright” at all times. Up to now, the pressure standard laboratory has verified 1199 sets of various pressure instruments, saving 209000 yuan of calibration cost on a year-on-year basis.
