Annual maintenance start, safe operation conduct
This month is the 18th “Safety Operation Month” in China. In order to fully implement the knowledge of safety production law, we should respond to the requirements of the Office of the Security Committee of the State Council for carrying out the national “Safety Production Month” and “Safety Production Continue” activities in 2019. Ningxia East Thermal Power Co., Ltd. launched a safety monthly activity with the theme of “preventing risks, eliminating hidden dangers, avoid accidnet”, together with the summer maintenance work.
In order to ensure the orderly progress of safety monthly activities and summer maintenance work, the East Thermal Power Company will carry out a series of activities, such as eliminating hidden dangers, safety warning propaganda and education, fire fighting and emergency rescue plan drills, in an all-round way to create a safe operation alarm bell ringing and a safe culture deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
The annual maintenance mobilization meeting on the theme of “Safety, Quality, Planning and Implementing” was held in East Plant on June 11th. The overall work of annual maintenance was fully deployed, and specific requirements were put forward for safety, duration, quality and civilized production. Call on all staff to have a high sense of responsibility and rigorous work style, and earnestly achieve the perfection and implementation of safety measures, to control the risk pre-control and risk point analysis of each overhaul work, to ensure the safe, high-quality and efficient completion of annual outage, and to improve the safety and economy of unit equipment. In order to achieve the overall goal of safe production in an all-round way and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises.
