First-Line Inspection to Ensure Safety and Welcome National Day

On the occasion of celebrating the National Day, in order to ensure the safety and stability of units during the 70th anniversary of the National Day, Ningxia East and West Thermal Power Co., Ltd. organized a special pre-festival safety inspection of “greeting the National Day, preventing risks, eliminating hidden dangers and curbing accidents” on September 26.

Liang Wei, general manager, Ding Chang’an, deputy general manager and Chen Shuyi were appointed as the inspection team leaders to go deep into the grass-roots “front line”, and the inspection scope was clearly defined around the whole process of production operations. Strong inspection was carried out from the aspects of the implementation of safety production arrangements, fire prevention, anti-violation, hidden danger detection and management, safe electricity utilization, production operation site management, emergency material allocation management, etc. Check and supervise to ensure that the inspection work is meticulous and comprehensive.

During the inspection, the inspection team focused on inspecting the working environment of the production site, looking through the on-duty records, safety inspection records, equipment and facilities inspection records and so on. And to discuss the deployment of safety production during the National Day with the relevant staff. Through the on-site investigation of the inspection team, some details were found. In the on-site discussion of the collective efforts, the inspection team further proposed corrective measures and related norms.

In the future, we should perform our duties well with higher standards, base ourselves on the overall situation, strengthen management, ensure that equipment is in good condition at all times, meet the new working pattern of “high standards and strict requirements”, at the same time, create a stable atmosphere for the arrival of the Seventieth Anniversary of the motherland, and better realize the state of enterprise development that keeps pace with the times.
