Hangjinqi to Yinchuan natural gas pipeline tie-line to start construction

March 1, 2017, it is a furious spring with breeze and a clear and boundless sky. The first welding of Hanas Hangjinqi to Yinchuan natural gas pipeline tie-line project officially open welding by fitting up strictly, marking that the line started construction.

According to the project promotion plan, it is expected to complete the work on the rice field line before March 10, the participating units unity and cooperation, and constantly strengthen the construction site management, continuously optimize the construction programs and planning design, strictly construct according to the technical operating procedures to ensure that construction progress smoothly, and completed on schedule.

Hanas Hangjinqi to Yinchuan natural gas pipeline project is the major livelihood projects and ecological engineering of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, after the completion of the project, the gas-limitation history of winter in Ningxia will be ended. It is Ningxia’s important basic project of stressing ecological construction and green development to further optimize the regional energy structure.

The line deliveries gas from Sinopec Hangjinqi centralized processing station to Ningxia Yinchuan. And the pipeline is through the Hangjinqi in Inner Mongolia,  Etuokeqi, the Three-North sheep farm, Dusitu river to the TaoLe town, Pingluo County, Ningxia province , it is through the Yellow River from east to west then through the Helan County, Xingqing District and to Yinchuan end station, finally into the city Gas pipe network. The line length of about 300 km, of which about 100 km in Ningxia section, about 200 km in Inner Mongolia section, pipeline design pressure of 6.3 MPa which using straight seam and spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe with 711 mm’s diameter, and plans to put into operation by the end of 2017.
