In order to further enhance the awareness of Red Line, effectively prevent accidents, and ensure the stable situation of work safety. At the end of the year and for the beginning of the new year, after listening to the annual risk analysis and control report of East Plant, Zeng Simeng, vice president of the group, and Chen Shuyi, deputy general manager of East Plant, led the team to conduct a comprehensive and detailed investigation on the equipment and facilities in the east and west plants and production sites.
The inspection team focused on checking all kinds of fire hazards, cold prevention and antifreeze, risk management and control of hazard sources, found out the current situation of safety production in enterprises, inspected the normalization effect of safety supervision, and practically did not go through the motions or leave blind spots.
If the problems and hidden dangers are found and need to be rectified immediately, they shall be assigned to the responsible person; if they need to be rectified within a time limit, they shall be assigned to the responsible department and the rectification period shall be specified; if they are difficult to be rectified at the moment, they shall formulate rectification plans, take effective preventive measures and emergency plans, and achieve the closed-loop control of “inspection, implementation, rectification and feedback”. Always based on active prevention, advance prevention, enhance the enterprise safety production defense ability.
Zeng Simeng, vice president, pointed out that it is important to establish long-term psychological goals for safety awareness education. On the basis of risk source analysis and control, we should gradually realize the sense of self-consciousness, responsibility and trust of all employees, and truly achieve mutual trust when they work together.
East plant is a high-risk enterprise. Only by continuously strengthening the “measurement” can it better control the “near miss”. At present, on the basis of zero “measurement accident, measurement casualties”, we should further strengthen “measurement attempt”, continuously improve the advanced level of the same industry, and fully realize the goal of persistently grasping safety, preventing the slightest and ensuring production!
