Promote the Independent Summer Outage in 2021

After the early inspection and plan preparation, East Plant has entered the independent summer outage stage. 311 items have been listed in outage plan, which has the feature of multiple points, wide range and cross operation. The company attached great importance to the outage. On May 28^th, the on-site mobilization meeting was held to put forward high standards, strict requirements and practical results.

2. Firmly put an end to all the ideas of fluke, paralysis, laziness and recklessness, and adhere to the ” Work Safety & Supervision “.
3. Strengthen risk pre-control, strictly prohibit high-risk operation, correctly grasp the relationship between safety and progress.

Strictly implement the quality management system standard.

1. While strictly abiding by the safety system and technical specifications, each maintenance discipline and outsourcing unit shall conscientiously implement the technical standards of maintenance document package.
2. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are not missed, items are not missed and standards are not lowered.
3. To achieve “zero violation and zero defect”, we should confirm the quality of maintenance process, stop the quality inspection of key links, and complete the quality inspection of equipment reassembly

At present, the minor inspection of #1 GT has been successfully completed, and the components of combustion chamber and HGP are in good condition. Siemens engineers have fully affirmed the daily operation and maintenance level of our company, which has laid a good start for the comprehensive outage work.
